You choose the support level

Feet are different, and what feels good for one person may be too much for another. That’s why four inserts of different heights are included. Start with the lowest, see how it feels for a few days, and switch to the next level when you want more arch support.

The support is made of soft gel with small nubs against the foot. The short design sits under the heel and arch, takes up little space, and fits in sneakers, walking shoes, work shoes, and most everyday shoes.

How to use

Press the desired insert into the pocket under the arch and place the support in the shoe with the higher part facing the inside of the foot. Use the same level in both shoes, and let your foot adjust for a few days before moving up a level.

The support is available in four sizes: 34–36, 37–39, 40–42, and 43–45. You can find more models in different heights and materials among our arch supports.
