7. Delivery instructions
Delivery times
All products sold at https://nordwells.fi are in stock and are shipped from the same warehouse.
For orders containing several products, the entire order is shipped as one parcel. The stated delivery time applies to the entire order.
The delivery time is calculated from receipt of the order confirmation (delivery time refers to weekdays, not public holidays).
Delivery to a pickup point or parcel locker
A shipment delivered to a pickup point or parcel locker is normally held for:
- POSTI: 1-3 days
If the shipment is not collected within the stated time, it is returned to us. See section 13.
Delivery delays
If a delivery is delayed, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
In the event of a delivery delay, as a consumer you are entitled to remedies under the Consumer Protection Act. This means that in certain cases you may have the right to cancel the purchase, for example if the delay is of material significance to you or if the goods cannot be delivered within a reasonable time.
If the purchase is cancelled, all payments made will be refunded without undue delay.
8. Right of withdrawal – 30 days
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of the day on which you received the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must clearly state that you are withdrawing from the purchase.
The notice of withdrawal can be given in any clear manner, for example by email or letter. See the contact details in section 1.
For faster handling, we recommend using our digital return process.
After giving notice of withdrawal, the goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than within 30 days.
You can use the model withdrawal form of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (Kilpailu- ja kuluttajavirasto) for exercising the right of withdrawal.
9. Right of withdrawal – returns, condition and diminished value
This section applies where the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal under the Distance Selling Act.
These provisions do not apply to complaints about defective goods.
You have the right to try the goods in the same way as you would in a physical store.
We are entitled to make a deduction for diminished value on returned goods to the extent that the diminished value results from your having used the goods more than is necessary to establish their characteristics or functioning.
10. Returns, exchanges and complaints
We offer a digital return process that simplifies the handling of cases:
However, you can always contact us by email or letter.
Return costs
The return costs for a withdrawn purchase are borne by the consumer.
If our prepaid return label is used, a return fee is deducted from the refund: 9,9 €. For an exchange, the return fee is 5,9 €.
For a complaint, it is easiest to use our complaints process:
In the case of an approved complaint, we cover the return costs.
11. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal – hygiene products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods which, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return if the consumer has broken the seal after delivery.
This exception applies only in situations where the seal has been broken and the exception has been stated on the product page.
12. Return address
Returns under the right of withdrawal and complaints are to be sent to the address below:
NordWell Group AB

Sweden
13. Uncollected parcels
Uncollected shipments are not counted as an exercise of the right of withdrawal.
A fee of 19,9 € is charged for an uncollected shipment, covering delivery, return costs and administration. If the order value is lower, the full amount is charged.
14. Exchanges
For an exchange, follow the instructions in the return process. The terms regarding delivery costs are stated there.
15. Complaints
You have the right to make a complaint about a defect in the goods in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
A complaint must be made within a reasonable time of discovering the defect. A complaint made within two months of discovering the defect is always considered to have been made in time.
Our liability for defects is not limited to a fixed period. We are liable for defects that existed when the goods were delivered, even if they only become apparent later. The assessment takes into account, among other things, the quality and price of the goods and their expected service life.
In the case of an approved complaint, you may be entitled to redelivery, repair, a price reduction or cancellation of the purchase with a refund.
A complaint can be made via our complaints process or alternatively by email or letter.
If you have received the wrong product, you can also make a complaint about it via the complaints process or by contacting us by email or letter. See the contact details in section 1.
16. Transport damage
Transport damage can be reported according to the same rules as other complaints.
See section 15.
17. Refunds
The refund is made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received the consumer's notice of withdrawal. We are entitled to wait until the goods have been returned or proof of return has been provided.
In the case of an approved complaint, we will refund your payment without undue delay.
The refund is made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
